As part of its continued growth – and in an effort to further bolster customer support – Northpoint has recently announced the following internal promotions.
Brian Marfiz and Chris Patterson have both been appointed to
serve as Managers of Business Development
In this new role within the sales team, Brian will manage the team’s directors of business development (DBDs), overseeing their sales activities and performance goals, along with assisting in training and professional development. Chris will assist in training DBD’s in deal structure and ensuring submission/credit compliance to facilitate and expedite decisions. Both will work with Sr. VPs John Durnien and Russell Baqir to continually improve overall business and customer service performance.
Last month, Northpoint CEO Dan Radley announced the appointment of Gary W. Childress to the newly established role of Vice President of Marine Operations.
A marine industry veteran with 30 years of leadership experience in sales, operations and strategic planning, Gary now spearheads and direct day-to-day operations including initiatives with key Northpoint suppliers to foster stronger customer-focused synergy. He also will work collaboratively with Sr VPs Russell Baqir and John Durnien in all marine operations.
