Four individuals have recently been tapped by Northpoint for new RV management posts throughout North America.
Northpoint is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Tiffany Thornley to Regional Manager of Business Development with expanded management responsibility overseeing additional sales staff in the RV segment.
Tiffany has been a long-term stellar performer at Northpoint, having earned the highly coveted “Director of Business Development of the Year” in 2025. She is recognized among her peers for her outstanding teamwork skills and willingness to share expertise. Whether mentoring colleagues, navigating through a complex challenge or building strong customer relationships, Tiffany always leads with integrity, professionalism and the desire to make those around her better.
When Tiffany isn’t taking care of business, she’s likely exercising, traveling or enjoying some R&R at the beach.

Jason Walling joined Northpoint this past Spring as Senior Director of Business Development on the Diversified Products Sales Team. IIn this capacity, he reports directly to Tiffany Thornley and supports dealers across Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.
Jason has more than 25 years of leadership experience in powersports, OEM and consumer finance industries, including his most recent stint leading the national launch of Kawasaki’s captive retail finance program.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys time with his large blended family and their German shepherds, plus camping, cooking, attending concerts, and riding side-by-sides.

With more than 15 years of experience in equipment finance, working capital and business development, Kami Stehman has been appointed Senior Director of Business Development for Northpoint.
Prior to joining Northpoint, she worked in the commercial finance industry managing national accounts. In her new role, Kami specializes in building strategic partnerships, driving sales growth and helping customers with business expansion.
When Kami isn’t on the job, you’ll likely find her entertaining friends and family, testing new recipes and hosting fabulous dinner parties.

Northpoint Canada appointed Philippe Chiasson as Director of Business Development this past Spring, with responsibility for the Province of Québec. A results-driven professional, Philippe brings 20+ years of experience in the automotive sector and commercial lending to this new post, including floor planning and leasing. His successful career has been built upon a foundation of strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and leading business development initiatives across Québec, all of which will be valuable as Northpoint continues to grow its portfolio and maintain exceptional partnerships with dealers and OEMs.
Outside of work, Philippe is a proud father of two daughters and a son. He enjoys spending quality time with his family in the great outdoors, with a particular passion for nature, hunting, and fishing.
