As part of its ongoing commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service, Northpoint has recently realigned its marine sales team featuring four internal promotions and two new hires.
Internal Promotions
Brian Marfiz, formerly director of business development for the Great Lakes region, has been appointed to an expanded new role as US manager of business development with responsibility for managing the retail field sales team.
Patrick Boys, previously supporting the inside sales team, now assumes Brain Marfiz’s former field sales territory management position, overseeing MN, WI, IL, IA, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD, WY and MT.
Troy Stenerson, recently awarded the Northpoint “Inside Sales Rep of the Year” for 2023, has been promoted to territory sales manager for the OEM division, with responsibility for growing and onboarding this key segment of the market.
Amelia Law, formerly an inside sales team member focused on multi-product line floorplan sales, now assumes Troy Stenerson’s former territory and handles the southern half of the U.S. for lines 1M and under.
New Hires
Andrew Towler has been appointed as an inside sales representative with responsibility to oversee Patrick Boy’s former customer base in the Northern half of the country for lines 1M and under. He will work from Northpoint’s corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, GA.
Thomas Paolucci has been named director of business development for the mid-south region, covering TX, OK, AR, LA and MS. He will work from Dallas, TX.
“Our mission is to provide the best customer service possible, and we believe this realignment of our marine sales team positions Northpoint to deliver the high caliber of service our customers expect,” said Sr. VP of Business Development Russell Baqir.
