Northpoint Marine Team was in force and pleased to welcome customers to its new show exhibit.
Northpoint Commercial Finance’s marine division wrapped up the year on a high at MRAA’s annual Dealer Week festivities in December as one of the association’s newest Strategic Partners. Northpoint debuted a brand new, world-class exhibit, hosted a series of video interviews in its booth and promoted a free lunch.
“The MRAA Dealer Meeting was outstanding and we want to recognize and give kudos to the entire MRAA event team for producing such an outstanding conference,” said Northpoint Sr. VP Business Development Russell Baqir. “From the opportunity to network and meet with our customers, to the tremendous professional development seminars provided, to the venue itself at the Tampa Convention Center – this year’s Dealer Week culminated a great year for Northpoint.”
Northpoint revealed a beautiful new 20×20 branded exhibit strategically positioned at show entry. In addition, more than a dozen live interviews were conducted in the booth conducted by popular boating podcast personality Kim Sweers, aka #boatboss.

“These interviews with customers across many industry segments were the first in a new series we’ve launched,” said Sr. VP Business Development John Durnien. “The booth was a hotspot of activity for our customers and drew a lot of attention at the show. We look forward to sharing these resulting videos soon through our social media, eblast and website channels, and to continuing to build upon the momentum that is clearly underway.”
Many Northpoint customers and business prospects also enjoyed a free “Have Lunch on Northpoint” special that was promoted by the team and advertised in the show program featuring a complimentary gift card.
