Northpoint Sr. VP Russell Baqir was invited to share economic insights impacting the North American marine industry at two key industry events this Fall, including the National Marine Lenders Association and the Marine Retailers Association of America.
According to NMLA director and past president Jim Coburn, president of The Coburn Consulting Company, Baqir’s presentation to conference attendees hit the mark and was well received.
“Russell’s presentation to the NMLA audience of members and finance industry leaders was excellent,” he said. “He addressed the state of our industry for lenders, manufacturers and dealers, covering current industry inventory concerns, sales trends, opportunities and ‘what’s ahead’ for us to forecast.
